SmartBonus
SmartBonus is a Quota & Incentive System used for scaling and evaluation of a pharmaceutical company's field force structure depends on individual evaluation and success. Application allows companies role-based (Sales Representative, Team Leader, Regional Manager etc.) targeting and bonus calculation capabilities.

It is possible to set targets for bricks based on IMS sales and to distribute sales on previous period values and growth performance.
A number of bricks where representative routed becomes an individual territory that underlies performance evaluations vary on team structures.
The product form score (Realization) is calculated by weighted average in product group that becomes team score indeed. Also, it is possible to set thresholds and realization targets to deserve bonus.
Incentive module calculates incentive amounts for field force members over periodical or cumulative realization score at the end of company's fiscal periods. As it evaluates every individual score by weighted calculation methodology, then offers the incentive amount for bonus intervals.
Application allows users to modify amounts manually in an advanced role-based security mechanism.
Reporting Module
Application presents a top-level reporting tool renders visual reports with rich content and graphical view.
Reporting module is a bundle product to SmartBonus application in SmartBoard product licence.
